About the gallery
Jecza si Olaru is a new born gallery founded on the belief that cultural value is built slowly - through rigour, selection, and a long-term commitment to what endures.
The gallery brings together Andra Olaru, designer and founder of ALMAZ, and Andrei Jecza, gallerist and founder of Jecza Gallery. Their practices emerge from distinct disciplines, yet converge in a shared language: one that treats design and contemporary art not as parallel fields, but as complementary forms of cultural construction. What defines Jecza-Olaru is not compromise, but chemistry - a coherence between graphic identity, exhibition architecture, and curatorial vision that forms a singular whole. The gallery is conceived as a space where cultural memory is shaped with clarity, intention, and care.
